Using some freshly ground Ethiopian Harrar Longberry Organic beans, roasted 3 days before by Andy on the coffeesnobs forum. Extraction from a Rancilio Silvia with a Naked Portafilter, using a Pullman hand-crafted tamper and a Mazzer Mini grinder. First using a single Synesso basket, then a double. Beautiful coffee!!!
